Oscar Munoz - The Corner House Manchester

I became aware of Oscar Munoz work a couple of years ago about the same time that I saw my first Christian Boltanski installations at Tate London. Both artists work have a melancholy sadness which I always find compelling and yet at the same time a little unnerving. Not surprisingly both artists draw on personal experience exploring themes of loss and memory.

Oscar Munoz: Biografias is currently running until 27th of March at Cornerhouse in Manchester.

There's still a little bit of time to catch this exhibition at the Ashmolean. Lovely drawings including some Aubrey Beardsley's and a cute little copy of La Bell Dame Sans Merci by John Keats wood block printed by the Eragny Press.
