Stammtisch at the Port Mahon

OVADA is pleased to present a series of regular get-togethers for artists, curators and people with an interest in contemporary art. Join us on the last Thursday of each month for a variety of lively events including professional talks, film screenings, performances and discussions. This month… come and participate in an interactive evening of film and video at the Port Mahon Pub in St. Clements. You are invited to bring along any video capable device, be it a camcorder, digital stills camera or mobile phone and join in. Part workshop, part experiment, part performance the aim is to produce and distribute a short experimental video piece before the pub shuts at 11pm!

Home, again - The Jam Factory Oxford

Currently showing at The Jam Factory, Oxford.

I've just discovered the lovely paper sculptures of Seattle Artist John Grade. You can read more about them here written by his artist's assistant and see more work here and link to his website here.

With my love of Japanese paper lanterns, how could I not love this installation?
